TheFoodrition.com sells only digital products such as eBooks, PDFs, guides, meal plans and downloadable resources. Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are considered final.

1. Digital Products – No Refunds

Once a digital product has been purchased and delivered (e.g., via download link or email), we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. This is because digital files cannot be “returned” in a physical sense, and access is granted immediately upon purchase.

Before purchasing, we strongly encourage you to:

If you encounter any technical issues or receive a faulty file, we will ensure prompt assistance to resolve the matter.

2. Incorrect or Duplicate Orders

If you believe you have made a duplicate purchase or have received an incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase. We will review your request and provide appropriate support.

3. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in permanent loss of access to our products and services. We encourage open communication to resolve any concerns.
